My name is Joe. Before joining Clowers group in 2013, I received my B.S. from Sun Yat-sen University, China, and M.S. from University of Western Ontario, Canada. As a graduate student in Clowers group, I take advantage of metabolomics technique to address various issues including pathogenic N. fowleri detection in drinking water distribution systems and cancer progression monitoring. Outside the lab, I am a badminton and taekwondo lover.
