Hello, my name is Peyton. I am a second year grad student who joined the Clowers group in Spring 2016. Before coming to WSU I received my B.S. in Chemistry from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. In between undergrad and graduate school I worked at 3M in the Automotive Aftermarket Division. While there I worked on various aspects of adhesive formulation and testing.
My research at WSU has been focused on rapid detection of Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) following acute exposure to cannabis. The overall goal of my project is to design a method for field detection of THC.
